Vipul Singh has over nineteen years of professional experience, working and practicing in
Architecture/Industrial design & Interior projects in New Delhi and other parts of the country. As a
principal of both the parent company Design Accord and Out Of Box Ideas, he has led the team to
work on diverse range of projects within country and abroad. On the commercial front, projects
spread ranges from IT parks, Commercial Spaces / Malls, Food Courts, Clubs, Corporate Offices,
Resorts & Hotels, Institutions, Retail Stores to Kiosk design (at airport at Bali, Indonesia). Residential
projects footprint too is spread across India covering Private Residences & Villas, Condominiums as
well as Ready to Move-In Flats. He excels in creating an environment which binds Architectural
spaces & interiors to provide a unified feel.

flair for designing and acute stress on detailing came as a result of having worked another ten
year plus, prior to initiating OOBI. Exposure to various senior positions in retail sector - Specialty
Store Chains (furniture & furnishing) / Supermarkets (lay-outing - designing of stores) /
Departmental Chains (household items) and having closely worked with product designers and
architects, widely exposed to all facets of residential and commercial projects. Having cumulative
twenty years plus of work experience, utilizing learning and insights to help execute projects.
